The Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission has started the process of applying for 2800 posts of CHOs. The last date of the online application has been fixed as July 20, 2021. The candidate applying will have to deposit the application fee by July 20. The exam dates for this recruitment have not been announced at present. The CHO will work in coordination with the public healthcare team.

As per the official notification, only those who have a BSc degree in Nursing or a Diploma in GNM can apply for these posts of Community Health Officer. In addition, it is mandatory for candidates to be registered with the Indian Nursing Council.

UP CHO Salary & Stipend
- During the training period, a fixed stipend of ₹10,000 shall be paid to the candidates that also includes boarding & lodging allowances.
- Maximum ₹35,500/- per month (₹20,500 per month salary plus up to ₹15,000 per month performance-based incentive) will be given after the posting.
- A security bond of ₹1,55,000 shall be submitted by the finalized candidates after completing the CCHN training.
The selection of CHO in UP NHM will be made on the basis of the computer-based online examination.
