The subordinate Service Selection Commission of Uttarakhand is going to announce the examination schedule for the post of Gram Vikas Adhikari (Village Development Officer) announced in late 2020. An advertisement for 381 vacancies of Gram Vikas Adhikari was announced along with other 854 posts of Combined Graduate Level in subordinate services of the state.
The written exam for this was conducted on December 2021 but the commission had cancelled the exam due to the irregularities found in the exam. The re-exam is scheduled to take place on 09 July at more than 400 examination centres across the state.
UKSSSC Admit Card for VDO Exam is released a week before the examination. The VOD Admit Card will carry important examination information like Roll Number, Exam Centre Details, Exam Timing, Reporting Time etc. The candidates can download the admit card using application credentials. UKSSSC Examination Details for Village Development Officer
The commission will conduct a common exam for multiple posts of graduation like VDO, ARO, GPDO, Supervisor etc. The notification for this was already added with the advertisement. The paper pattern and exam scheme have also been released for the Graduate Exams. Highlights of the examination scheme are added blow.
- The Examination will be conducted offline on OMR Sheets.
- The exam will have 100 MCQ objective type Questions.
- Candidates will get 2 hours to solve the exam.
- Questions will be based on General Hindi, General Knowledge, and General Studies subjects like Mathematics, Reasoning, Science etc.
- Each correct answer will carry 1 mark.
- 1/4 mark will be deducted for incorrect each incorrect answer as Negative Marking.
