NTA conducts the National Eligibility Test on behalf of the University Grants Commission for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility of Assistant Professorship in Indian Universities and Colleges. UGC-NET is conducted twice every year. Once during summer and another one in winter. UGC NET Exam Dates have been revised now – Subject Wise Exam Dates.

Due to the postponement of the December 2020 UGC-NET because of COVID-19, the schedule of the June 2021 exam has been delayed. To regularize the UGC-NET examination cycles, the National Testing Agency (NTA), with the concurrence of UGC, has merged both NET of December 2020 and June 2021 cycles so that they be conducted together in CBT mode.

For UGC NET 2021, online applications were invited from eligible and desirous candidates from 10 August 2021 to 05 September 2021. Correction in particulars can be done from 07 September to 12 September 2021. NTA UGC NET Admit Card 2021 is finally available at the NTA portal from the second week of November 2021.

NTA UGC NET 2021 Admit Card – Availability, Details & Instructions

NTA UGC NET Admit Card has been issued on the official website about 10 days before the scheduled date of examination. Candidates should be able to download the admit card by entering their application number and date of birth.

The examinee’s name, photograph, date of birth, etc will be available on the UGC NET 2021 Admit Card. Along with this, the name of the examination, the name and address of the examination centre, date and time of the examination etc. will also be mentioned on the admit card.

Candidates must produce a photo identity card and a UGC NET NTA Admit Card print at the examination centre. The name of the candidate on the Identity Card and the Admit Card should be the same. If they do not match then the candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.

A valid photo identity card must be among Aadhar card, driving license, voter’s card, pan card, bank passbook, passport etc.

  3. Find the link for the NTA UGC NET 2021 Admit Card there.
  4. Log in with the application number and date of birth.

  6. Thereafter, check the admit card.
  7. Download the same and print it for further reference.
