Telangana State Public Service Commission is initiating a recruitment for various posts under Group 1 Services. The selection of candidates for these posts will be finalized on basis of various phases viz Preliminary Test and Mains Examination as mentioned in the TSPSC Group 1 Recruitment Notification 2022.
Candidates must be aware that the commission will recruit 503 vacancies for various positions in different departments of Telangana under the Group 1 Services Exam 2022. Application registration has started and candidates are now searching for the detailed syllabus decided by the commission.

TSPSC Group 1 Exam Scheme – Paper Pattern
The candidates will be shortlisted through 2 tiers of the selection process. Candidates have to qualify in each stage to get selected for vacancies released through TSPSC Group 1 2022 Exam Notification.
- Preliminary Exam (Objective Type)
- Mains Exam (Conventional Type)
TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam Scheme
- TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam will be consisting of one paper carrying 150 objective-type questions.
- 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
- The duration of the preliminary exam is 2.5 hours.
- There is a negative marking of ⅓rd mark for each incorrect answer.
- The language of the Preliminary Exam will be English, Telugu, and Urdu.
- TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Test is of qualifying in nature and marks will not be included in the merit list.

TSPSC Group 1 Mains Exam Pattern
- TSPSC Group 1 Mains Exam consists of 6 descriptive papers and one English language paper.
- The duration of each paper will be 3 hours.
- General English paper is qualifying and marks will not be added to the merit list.
- The language of questions in the Mains Exam will be English, Telugu, and Urdu.
- There will be no negative marking in the TSPSC Group 1 Mains Exam.
