Essential Eligibility Details

Candidates must have passed a plus-two examination. In addition, candidates must possess a certificate in medical laboratory technology course of one-year duration from any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education. Also, applications must have a good physique, good vision and capacity to do outdoor work.

For candidates belonging to all categories, the minimum age as of 01 July 2022 must be 18 years, while the maximum age of candidates belonging to SC/ST/SCA/BC / BCM /MBC & DNC should have been 59 years and 32 years for candidates belonging to the OC category. Age relaxation to the various eligible categories is applicable as per the state government rules.

Selection will be made based on the marks scored by the candidates in their academic and technical qualifications for the post of Field Assistant in TN MRB. Candidates must note that there is no written test or oral test (Interview) for these posts.
