SSC GD Constable 2021 Notification has finally been released at ssc.nic.in website. The exam notification was expected to be released in May-June 2021 but was delayed after the commission’s meeting due to the Covid-19 situation.

SSC GD Constable Exam Notification is released for a total of 25,271 vacancies for both males and females candidates. Constables form the backbone of the security forces and their requirements always increase over time.

Candidate must be Class 10th Pass from a recognized state or national level education board. Apart from this, aspirants must have the specified physical standards for both males and females.

Force Wise SSC GD Vacancies 2021

• Computer-Based Written Exam (Online Mode)
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Physical Standard Test (PST)

After the application process is over, the candidate will be called for a computer-based test i.e. CBT. It will ask questions related to General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, Hindi, and English with 25-25 marks.

Thus the Constable (General Duty) exam will be of total of 100 marks. It will take one and a half hours. Class 10th level questions are asked in the online exam. After the written test, candidates need to go through the SSC GD Physical Test.

The age of the applicant must be between 18 Years to 23 Years as of 1st August 2021. The relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for the reserved categories. Upper Age for SC/ST is relaxable by 05 years and 03 Years for ESM/OBC.
