The State Level Police Recruitment Board of Assam issued the recruitment for 2649 vacancies of Forest Guard, Forester, APFP Constable, and Drivers in the state during January 2023. Phase I of the selection process is the Physical Efficiency Test which will be conducted by the concerned board from 13 February. The written test for the same will be conducted on 09 April 2023.
SLPRB Assam will conduct the written exam for Forest Guard, APFP Constable, Excise Constable, Jail Warder, and others on 09 April 2023. The notification regarding the same has been uploaded on the website slprbassam.in. Admit Card for this exam will be released on 01 April at 5.00. The link to download the admit card is added below.

The recruitment of Forest Guards and Constables will be completed in two phases as described below:
During this event, candidates need to prove their physical fitness in terms of specific standards set by the board. The Physical Test consists of 3200 Meters of race for Male candidates and 1600 metres for female candidates which should be covered within 14 minutes and 08 minutes respectively. Only those candidates who will be eligible for the further process qualify for the fitness test. The schedule for the PET/PST should be intimated soon by the officials.
Once you clear the physical test, you should be eligible to appear in the written examination. The admit card for Forest Guard Exam will be issued separately. There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions in the examination. Total Timing of 2 hours will be assigned to the aspirants to complete the paper.
Five times the notified posts will be able to take part in the written examination. If the total number of qualified candidates is lesser than the projected limit, then all of them should be eligible to take part in the written exam.
