State Bank of India has conducted the online examination for the Apprentice Posts on 17th September and 20 September. The examination for the apprentice was a long due as the Bank had to cancel the previous recruitment and started afresh with a new number of 6100 posts. The examination is conducted at hundreds of exam centres across the country.
Selection for the Apprentice posts will be done on the basis of Written Exam, Language-Based Exam, and Medical Checkup. Online Test in this regard has been conducted in the first phase. Candidates who declared qualified in the test will take part in the Language Exam state wise.

An announcement for the Apprentice posts (8500) was made in 2020. But the bank did not conduct the exam for that recruitment and cancelled the same due to administrative reasons. Then in the month of June, recruitment for 6100 posts was announced. Written examination against that recruitment is conducted from 17 to 20 September.
Highlights of the examination are as follow:
- Each of the sections of the paper will carry the same number of questions, marks, and timing.
- The online test carried 100 Objective type questions for 100 Marks. The duration of the preliminary test was 1 Hour.
- The questions were available in English and Hindi except for the General English section.
- 1/4th marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer as negative marking.
SBI Apprentice Cut Off Score 2021
First, the candidates should understand the concept of cut-off marks or scores and how it is decided for the qualification by SBI. A cut-off score is the basic qualifying marks decided by the examination authority. Candidates scoring that specific number of marks in their category get selected for the next stage of the recruitment.

The results of the Apprentice Examination has been announced on the official website. The Bank has published the results online and the candidates can check the Scores and Qualification status of the exam by logging into the web URL provided by the examination authorities.
If a candidate scores qualifying marks in each subject and the status of the result is Qualified then he/she will be intimated through the email for the next procedure of the recruitment.
