The application process for recruitment to a total of 8500 posts for the post of Apprentice was issued by the State Bank of India on November 20, 2020. Candidates were given time till December 10, 2020, to apply for which the exam was scheduled to be held in April 2021.

The SBI Apprentice exam was later cancelled by the bank. In such a case, a link to the application form has been activated for the refund of fees of candidates who applied for vacancies. The last date for applying for SBI Apprentice Fees Refund 2020 is August 31, 2021.

The State Bank of India Central Recruitment and Promotion Department has given a data capture link to applicants to enter details of bank account numbers. The SBI fee refund link will remain active till 11:59:59 pm on August 31, 2021.

The bank will refund the application fees of candidates who deposited fees directly from their bank. For all these candidates, an email and SMS were sent to their registered email address and mobile number given during the application process.

Through this bharti, The State Bank of India (SBI) was going to fill up a total of 8500 apprentice posts in branches of several States like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh. These included 3595 posts reserved for the general category, 844 posts of EDWS, OBC-1948, SC-1388 and 725 posts for ST.
