RTE Haryana Admission Notification & Complete Details 2022: The RTE Act is known as the Right to Education Act or Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act. For session 2022-23, the Department of Elementary Education, Haryana has released a notification for admission in Class Nursery, LKG or First Class under RTE Haryana Scheme.

Under this scheme, there are instructions to reserve 25% seats in the class nursery, LKG and first-class in recognized private schools. Under the RTE Act 2009, all private schools will have to reserve 25% seats for the applicants who belong to the weaker section of the society and provide admission to the eligible applicants.

After the abolition of Rule 134-A by the Government of Haryana, now children from poor families will be admitted into the schools under the Right to Education 2009. Guidelines for the admission process have been issued.

For RTE Admission Act 2009, Two categories have also been created for admission, which first is poverty and the second is for SC and disabled children.

• Admission will be given to only those children whose parents’ annual income is less than 1.80 lakhs. For this, it will be mandatory to give a verified family identity card in which the details of income are mentioned.
• An income certificate is not needed for SC and disabled categories children.
• According to the details given by the parent, their residential area must be within 0-1 kilometre distance from the school.

Category – 1: The following is the age limit at the time of admission for students from economically weaker sections:

Category – 2: The eligible age limit for admission to entry-level classes for children with disabilities is as follows:

RTE Admission 2022-23 Application Dates

The application process under Haryana RTE Admission 2022 will start on April 16. The last date to apply has been set as 25 April 2022. In case of more applications than vacant seats, the date of draw is 29 April 2022.

Last date of admission	05 May 2022
In case of non-admission by the children, the date of admission of the children from the waiting list on the vacant seats reserved	10 May to 14 May 2022

2. Check the Latest News and download the RTE Admission Notification 2022-23.
3. Check your eligibility and then click on the application form.
4. Fill in the required information and upload the scanned documents.
5. Finally, submit the application form and print the same for future reference.
