PSTET Admit Card 2023 Paper 2 Exam on 30 April

PSTET Admit Card 2023/ Punjab TET Paper 2 Admit Card Download 2023 from Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is going to conduct the exam for the Punjab State Teachers Eligibility Test on 12 March. Accordingly, the board will release the PSTET Admit Card 2023 about one week before the examination date.

The candidates should be able to download their respective Punjab TET Admit Card from the official website of PSTET. Aspirants are required to fill in the application registration number and date of birth to download their respective admit card. According to the official notification, a direct link to download the admit card will be activated on 05 March 2023.

About PSTET Exam: Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test is a state-level examination conducted once a year to determine the eligibility of the candidates for the posts of Primary and Upper Primary teachers in government and aided schools in Punjab. The candidates qualifying in the PSTET Exam 2023 will be eligible for applying for recruitment for teaching jobs in the schools run by Punjab State Government.

There are two levels of posts available under the Punjab TET Exam i.e. Primary Teacher (Paper-I) and Upper Primary Teacher (Paper-II). For the year 2023, online applications were invited from eligible candidates from 18 February to 28 February 2023.

Update on Paper 2

SSA Punjab has announced the examination schedule for the Paper 2 of PSTET. Paper 2 of PSTET conducted on 12 March was cancelled due to the paper leak. PSTET Exam Pattern 2023 – Exam Scheme

All questions in PSTET Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be Multiple Choice Based Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives. The paper will be OMR based. The candidates need to mark one appropriate option. Each question will be of one mark and there is no negative marking in the exam.

There will be the following two papers in the PSTET:

  1. Paper-I will be for an aspirant who wants to apply for a teacher post for standard I to V.
  2. Paper-II will be for an aspirant who wants to apply for a teacher’s position for standard VI to VIII.

PSTET Admit Card 2023 Details – Important Instructions

The PSTET Admit Card and the original identity card are needed to be presented on exam day while checking. Admit cards will only be available on the official website of  PSTET.

The admit card will be consisting of essential details like the candidate’s name, photograph, date of birth, post name etc. Also, the candidate’s roll number and allotted exam centre, exam time and date are mentioned on the PSTET Admit Card. Aspirants are advised to check the details printed on the admit card properly. If an error is found, candidates are advised to contact the examination authority before the exam date.

The candidates are required to bring a valid photo identity card among Aadhar card, pan card, driving license, voter’s id card, passport, bank passbook etc along with the PSTET 2023 Admit Card print.

  3. Fill in the application registration details correctly.
  4. Check the entered details properly and submit.

  7. Take a printout of it for further use.
