The Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) conducted an examination for various posts such as Junior Management Trainee, Stenographer, Officer Assistant, and Jr Maintenance and Operator Trainee. The OPTCL Exam took place on 05 and 06 May 2023 at various examination centres in Odisha State. The examination was conducted to fill a total no. of 333 posts.

Selection Process for OPTCL Exam 2023
The candidates will be selected on the basis of 3 phases.
- CBT Based Exam
- Skill Test
- Document Verification
The OPTCL Examination was conducted online mode. The exam contained 200 questions. The questions were asked from different subjects such as GK & Reasoning/ Numerical, Subject Knowledge and English. The time duration was of 3 hours. A negative marking of 0.25 marks was also there.
Candidates who qualify for the CBT exam will be called for Personal Interview in 1:3 in each category. The merit list will be drawn purely on the basis of the CBT Exam and Personal Interview.
