The Biggest Medical Entrance Exam of the country, the National Eligibility Entrance Exam (NEET) UG was held on Sunday, 12th September 2021. More than 95 per cent of registered candidates appeared in the examination held at more than 3800 centres across the country. As per the information given by the authorities, 16.14 Lakh candidates had registered for NEET UG 2021 out of which 95% attended the exam on Sep 12, 2021.

National Testing Agency has announced the NEET-UG 2021 Result on 1st November 2021. Aspirants who participated in this examination can check their marks and NTA NEET Rank 2021 using the official website neet.nta.nic.in with the direct link provided at the end of this article. As of now, the NEET 2021 Result has been emailed to the candidates.

NEET Exam was being postponed continuously in view of the corona epidemic, but this time the government decided to conduct it on September 12. Though a petition was also filed in the court seeking its stay, the court dismissed the petition. The court said more than 16 lakh students are going to participate in the NEET 2021, it cannot be avoided on the petition of some students.

It may be recalled that the 13 languages tested this year include Hindi, English, Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Malayalam, Marathi, Kannada, Punjabi, Tamil, Odia, Urdu, and Telugu. Punjabi and Malayalam were newly added options to languages. Not only that, this year the exam was first conducted at one centre each in Dubai and Kuwait.

The National Eligibility Entrance Test (UG) was first scheduled for August 1 but was later postponed to September 12. The number of cities where the examination was conducted was increased from 155 to 202 cities. The number of examination centres was also increased to 3,862 venues. NEET Answer Key is available for the exam now.

First, NTA issues the preliminary exam solution and obtains the challenges from the aspirants against the incorrect responses in the key. Then, a final version of the exam solution is released which consists of 100% accurate key answers. The NEET Result will be based on the final version of the key.

National Testing Agency has already a date fixed for the announcement of the marks for the aspirants who participated in this toughest medical test. As per the available notification, the NEET Result date is 1st November 2021. On the basis of the workload, the NTA has announced the NEET 2021 Result a little later which was notified in the due time.

Once available, the NEET UG Result will be available in the online mode. Same as any other exam, NEET Cut Off is a set of minimum qualifying marks. The NEET 2021 Cut Off denotes the marks required to be eligible for admission to the medical college. The qualifying percentile for NEET 2021 is expected to be slightly higher this year as the question paper had a moderate level.

The common NEET 2021 Merit List will be available for all the categories. It will be prepared on the basis of results for NEET 2021. On the basis of the marks obtained in the NEET Merit List, students will be selected for participation in the counselling process.
