MPPSC conducts the State Eligibility Test (SET) on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Department. This SET Examination will be conducted for Assistant Professors posts. This is an eligibility test for Assistant Professors at the state level.
The MP SET Exam will be conducted for 36 subjects. The Date for the MP SET Exam has been set on 27 August 2023. A lot of candidates have applied for this recruitment. The board will conduct the exam across the state at various examination centres in Madhya Pradesh State. Candidates will need their online application number and password to download the MP SET Admit Card.

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) released the notification for the SET Exam through Advt. no. 01/SET/Exam/2023 on the official website. The department accepted the application form till 26 February 2023. Now the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission is preparing to conduct the MP SET Examination.
Selection Process for the MP SET Exam
The examination will be concluded in 2 phases which have been mentioned below. Candidates with a valid qualification certificate of the SET can participate or join as Assistant Professors in State-Run Colleges.

MP SET Admit Card Details
Admit Card for MP SET Exam 2023 has not yet been released. Candidates would soon be able to download their admit card through the official website of the MPPSC. We have provided a direct link to the official website @ www.mppsc.mp.gov.in.
Along with the online printed admit card for the MP SET Exam, Candidates require to bring a Valid Photo ID to the examination centre. Without an ID, candidates will not be allowed to participate in the exam.
Exam Pattern for MP SET Exam
There will be 2 papers i.e. Paper – 1 and Paper – 2. A complete exam pattern has been mentioned below
Paper – 1 (General Paper on Teaching & Research Aptitude).
- The exam will be offline as an OMR-Based Test.
- The exam will of total 50 questions for 100 marks.
- All questions will be of MCQ type.
- The time duration will be of 1 hour.
Paper – 2 Selected (Elective) Subject
- There will be a total no. of 100 questions for 200 marks.
- The time duration will be of 3 hours.
- The question paper will be objective type.
