Kendriya Vidyalaya completed the application form process on 17 April and it has also released the first merit list for admission into Class 1. Sangathan published the Merit List on 20th April 2023 as per the latest notice.
The KVS will release three Lists for admissions into class one in the Kendriya Vidyalaya being operated across the country. The second list will be released on 6th May and the Third & Final list on 10th May 2022. Other class lists would be followed up by the KVS on a later schedule.

Initially, the KVS Admission List for Class 1 Session 2023-24 was expected to be out on the 18th of April but it was delayed due to administrative causes.

The selection of the students would be done purely on basis of the Lottery system. A Selection list will be prepared and displayed online. The students/ parent would need to report to the concerned school for admissions. Once the process is completed, schools will notify the number of vacant seats to the Authority and then a Second selection list would be released.
How to get a KVS website online for a region?
- Visit the official website of KVS i.e. kvsangathan.nic.in
- On the menu check the about kvs tab.
- Click on the ‘directories’.
- KVS regional website will open.
- Now again click on the directory and then click on your respective applied school.
How to Check KVS Class 1 Admission List online
To check the KVS Admission List for Class 1, the parents can use the guide provided above. Other than that, they can opt for three other ways to check the Results of the admission process. We have provided these here
The admission procedure for class I is completely online. The KVS has introduced an App for both Android and IOs devices. Parents who have applied for admission to their ward in class I in Kendriya Vidyalaya can check the selection list from the mobile app.
Candidates can also check their results on the Notice Board of the Respective School Campus. They just have to visit the respective KV and have to search for their names in the selection list.
The third and the most common way to check the result is the online method. All the Kendriya Schools have their online websites. The results will be put up on these websites as well. We have added proper links for the same below.
