Karnataka High Court has given a green signal to the state government’s decision to host the KSEEB Class 10th exam, know the exam schedule here. The SSLC examinations in Karnataka will be held on July 19 and 22, 2021. The high court refused to interfere in the government’s decision about conducting the board exams.

Karnataka High Court rejects the PIL filed on Secondary School Leaving Certificate Exam conduction. The petition was filed to terminate the notification of SSLC Karnataka Examination 2021. The state government has recently informed that the Karnataka SSLC exam 2021 will be held for the academic session 2020-21.

The exams will continue to be commenced on July 19 and July 22, 2021, as they have not been cancelled. The high court processed the order mentioning that the Karnataka Govt had earlier ordered to postpone the SSLC 10th exams. They never called it completely off. The exam is being organized at the suggestion of the Board’s Expert Committee.

The exam will be conducted in multiple-choice questions (MCQ) format, which makes it simple for students to take the exam. The high court also made it very clear that no student can be forced to participate in the exam by the Govt or the board. It will be the sole decision of the student and parents.

The petition was filed in the high court that said that the papers should be cancelled as the students have suffered mental and physical health during the Coronavirus pandemic. It was also stated that online classes could not be successfully organized throughout the year and students have a lot of problems in understanding various subjects.

The state government had previously made a decision to postpone these papers due to the Covid-19’s second wave in the country. Now that the Corona cases are decreasing in Karnataka, the board has suggested commencing the examination.
