Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has concluded the written exam for Lab Assistant positions. JSSC conducted the examination from 27 July to 12 August 2023 as a computer-based test at various examination centres in the state. This exam was conducted to fill a total number of 690 posts.

The notification for the JSSC Lab Assistant Posts was released back in the month of April 2023. Interested candidates filled this vacancy from -5 April to 04 May 2023. JSSC Lab Assistant Exam Overview
- The JSSC Exam comprised two papers i.e. paper – I & II.
- Paper – I was of General Knowledge and for 100 marks. The questions were asked from Hindi Paragraphs, Hindi grammar and General Knowledge. The time duration was 3 hours.
- Paper – II was of concerned subjects. There were a total no. of 150 questions and the time duration was of 3 hours.
JSSC Lab Assistant Exam Cutoff Marks 2023
The JSSC will release the candidate’s category-wise exam cutoff marks on its official website. Many factors will affect the cutoff marks of every examination such as the number of candidates, no. of vacancies, difficulty level of the exam, the maximum marks obtained by the candidate etc.
As per the official notification, a candidate needs to secure minimum cut-off marks in the exam. The exam authority releases the cutoff marks based on the marks secured by the candidates.
