5G Tariff plans prices in India

The information on the 5G tariff has not been made public by the telecom providers; however, according to Ashwini Vaishnav, the Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology, the 5G tariff plans will be identical to the 4G tariff plans.

Once the 5G network is effectively implemented across the country, consumers will have access to 5G price plans that are comparable to 4G plans. However, this process will take some time.

Due to the significant amount of funding that telecom companies have invested in the establishment of 5G services, it is possible that the two major operators, Airtel and Jio, will only offer 5G as a bundled service on their premium tariff plans. As a result, they will initially target their premium customers.
