The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force has begun recruiting for the position of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer). The application registration period will conclude on July 7, 2022. The military recruitment authorities will thereafter hold physical and written examinations. Accordingly, the schedule for each phase will be published on the official website.

In the month of June, the ITBP ASI Recruitment for 2022 was released. The application registration link was available from June 8 until July 7, 2022. Written Test

  • A Computer Based Test (CBT) or Offline Test will be conducted.
  • The exam will be taken for a total of 100 marks.
  • Candidates will be given 02 hours to solve the question paper.
  • There is no negative marking on the written test.

Skill Test

The candidates who have passed the first two phases will be called for the Skill Test. The recruitment board will call 20 times for the vacant position to compete in the skill test. It will be of a qualifying nature only.

Skill test will comprise of the following

  • Dictation – 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
  • Transcription – 50 minutes in (English) or 65 minutes in (Hindi) on a computer.

ITBP ASI Admit Card Details – Downloading Instructions

The ITBP ASI Admit Card 2022 must be obtained online because the examination board will not provide the admit card by postal services. It can be downloaded by filling up the application number and date of birth in the relevant link.

Applicants should print a legitimate copy of their admit card on A4 paper. Candidates should also double-check that the information on their admit card is correct. If you find any errors or inconsistencies you must notify the test administrators before the written test.
