Hindustan Aeronautics Limited will conduct an India Level Selection Test to recruit Design Trainee and Management trainees in multiple disciplines in August 2021. HAL DT MT Exam dates have been changed as announced on the official website of HAL.
The Online Written Test for the Posts of Design Trainee / Management Trainee (Technical) is going to take place on 12th & 13th August 2021. Candidates can download the HAL Admit Cards for Online Written Test from the HAL Website now.
Candidates will get a link-activated a week before the exam to download their HAL DT Admit Card and HAL MT Admit Card 2021. Candidates need to visit the official online portal of HAL to get their admit cards downloaded for the Online Exam.
HAL Management/ Design Trainee Online Exam Details
Recruitment for 100 posts of DT and MT (MDT) is announced in March 2021. Recruitment is being conducted for the following disciplines

- Mechanical

- Metallurgy
- Computer Science
The candidates will take part in the India Level Online Selection Test on 12th and 13th August 2021. Qualifying candidates will then appear for the Interview for the selection in HAL.
HAL DT/ MT Paper Pattern
the test will be of Two and Half hours duration. The test will be in three parts & comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Part – I will consist of 20 MCQs on General Awareness.
- Part – II will consist of 40 MCQs on English & Reasoning.
- Part – III will consist of 100 MCQs on the concerned discipline of Engineering.
The test can be taken in Hindi or English. Candidates will have to choose to appear in Hindi or English when applying for the post, which cannot be changed subsequently.
HAL MT/ DT Admit Card Details
The candidates will need to download and take a print of the HAL MT Admit Card/ HAL DT Admit Card. The recruitment organisation will not send the admit card by post to the postal address of the applicants. Therefore, the candidates are advised to get their admit cards before the exam date.
Candidates are also advised to carry a Photo ID card in original and a photocopy of the same, and 2 passport size photographs uploaded during application submission. Failing to produce a Photo ID card in the Exam Hall may get you barred from the online examination.

I have been contacting and mailing to change my exam centre Ranchi to Hyderabad for the last one month. Why HAL India didn’t do anything?
If it could not be done why HAL India didn’t inform earlier, now they are saying it’s not possible because admit card has been released.
