Ministry of Tribal Affairs has announced recruitment for Teaching posts in Eklavya Model Residential Schools in the country. EMRS Schools are serving in the states with tribal populations. A recruitment drive name ETSSE has been announced for this recruitment. National Testing Agency NTA will conduct the Computer Based Test for ETSSE 2022.
Recruitment for 3400 posts of Trained Graduate Teachers, Post Graduate Teachers, Principal and Vice-Principal is announced in April 2021. This is the first time that the ministry has announced a National Level Recruitment. In the past time, regional recruitment used to take place.
ETSSE EMRS Exam Date 2022: Computer-Based Online Test will be conducted in the upcoming months. The final exam date will be announced upon completion of the application process.
EMRS Admit Card 2022: Downloading date of EMRS Admit Card 2022 for ETSSE will be intimated by the NTA online. The date is not finalized yet. Candidates will be able to download admit card at least 10 days before the exam date.

EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Examination will be conducted for the following posts.
- Principal
- Vice Principal
- Trained Graduate Teacher
- Post Graduate Teacher
Written Examination for these posts will be conducted on separate dates. There will be Two shifts on each of the examination. It is the first time that NTA will be conducting the written test for the EMRS Recruitment at this scale.
EMRS Admit Card 2021 Details
The applicants will need to download and take a print of the EMRS Teacher Admit Card. NTA will not send the admit card by post email. The candidates will need to visit the NTA recruitment website for this purpose. . The candidate will appear in the examination at the given Centre on the date and shift/ timing as indicated in his/her Admit Card.
The candidates are advised to follow the NTA Instructions guidelines for the ETSSE CBT scheduled in May. Following are the instructions for the Admit Card and Examination.
a. Candidate may please note that Admit Cards will not be sent by post.
b. In no case, the duplicate Admit Card for EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Exam 2021 would be issued at the Examination Centres.
c. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
d. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future reference.
e. No Admit Card shall be issued to the candidates whose applications are found to be incomplete for any reasons (including indistinct/ doubtful photographs/unsigned Applications) or who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria for the examination.
f. Issue of Admit Cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the selection process.
Paper Pattern and Examination Scheme
EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Exam (ETSSE) will be conducted in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only. The medium of Exam Papers will be both Hindi and English.

Marking Scheme
One mark (+1) shall be awarded to every correct answer and (-0.25) shall be deducted for each incorrect answer. Unanswered/Marked for Review will not be given any marks

To download EMRS ETSSE Admit Card, candidates need to visit the link provided by NTA. A direct link to download Admit Card is available here. Candidates need to log in using their Registration Number to get their exam admit card downloaded in a proper way. Candidates are advised to take a print on colour paper in a4 size.

Why the NTA / Ministry of Tribal Affairs of Govt of India are not taking any necessary & earliest step towards Date & Time fixation for the teaching posts of EMRS after sending a lot of demands & appeals to respective officials . Already 1 year ( nearly ) time have to be completed since advt & aply of forms, but till yet ( Dt. 27.5.2022), no decesion has been done by the respective authorities. So, I on behalf of all EMRS teaching Post's aplicants lastly want to say, within 7-8 days, finalise the date fixation for EMRS teaching Post exam. Again, we all demand infront of all above officials to conduct EMRS teaching Post exam only by pen & paper mode ( in stead of CBT mode ). Our appeal should be given top most priority.
