In December 2021 DDA initiated a special housing scheme. Interested applicants can apply till the last date of registration 7 February 2022. It is expected that the draw will be conducted in February or March 2022 for the DDA Housing Scheme.

The Delhi Development Authority is planning to sell the remaining flats. Mostly DDA Flats are in the area like Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, and Narela, etc. This includes all types of flats we mentioned earlier in the article. Almost all the flats are completed and buyers can move as soon as they buy the DDA Flats.
If an applicant will not be allotted any type of flats the application fee will not be refunded. They have to try next time. Allottee has all the rights to sell his particular flat. But the things are not the same when it comes to EWS category flats. Because the government offered various types of offers to the EWS applicants.
