Previous Years CTET Question Papers Download pdf Model Test Sample CBSE Question Papers for CTET 2021 Preparation: CTET is also known as Central Teachers Eligibility Test, It is a national level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The Test is conducted twice a year to determine the eligibility of candidates for appointment as teachers for classes 1 to 8.

CBSE conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test in the months of July and December. The CTET exam is conducted in two sessions for Paper I (Class 1 to 5) and Paper-II (Class 6 to 8). One who qualifies in the CTET Examination can take up a teaching position in government-backed schools across the country after qualifying for the recruitment test.

To qualify for the national-level CTET exam candidates should get familiar with the exam pattern. Therefore, the candidates are advised to check the level of their preparation with solving the CTET previous year question papers. One can download the CTET question paper year-wise on the official site. It is important to check the CTET solved question paper of the last 5 years to stand out in the examination.

CTET Examination Scheme 2021 – Paper Pattern

CTET Paper I & II will contain a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) each. In the paper, 1 mark is awarded to each correct answer and there is no negative marking for incorrect or not attempted answers.

The paper is conducted in offline mode as a pen-and-paper based test. ​Time duration of the CTET December 2021 Exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes. Paper 1 consists of 5 sections while Paper 2 consists of 4 sections according to the following exam pattern:
