Haryana CM launched ‘Jan Sahayak-Aapka Sahayak’ app

You can file RTI or a CM Window Complaint using the recently launched Jan Sahayak Application from your mobile phone.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday launched a mobile platform to ensure “anywhere-anytime-anywhere” Citizen (G2C) and Business to Citizen (B2C) services to the government through a single access point. Jan Sahayak App is a mobile application and it will help people to get rid of the hassle of government offices.

The Chief Minister said that with social distancing becoming the new normal, each wing of the government has made it mandatory to provide various citizen-centric services digitally.

The Chief Minister said that the ‘Jan Sahayak-Aapka Sahayak‘ program would be a single digital platform that would contain essential information about various government services, emergency helplines and other information.

Through this app all emergency services like Citizen Emergency Call 112, Police 100, Ambulance 108, Fire 101, Health 104, Women’s Helpline 1091, Children’s Helpline No. 1098, COVID-19 Helpline No. 1075 ( direct dialling).

    This is to inform you that i have raised a complaint with municipal council rewari regarding illegal construction in gali but they didn't take any action and threaten me so I raised the complaint at CM window on 18th feb 2022 with complaint no. – CMOFF/N/2022/017601 regarding the same but till now there is no action on my complaint even after sending so many reminders to the concerned dept by CM office.
    Sir, due to not resolution of my problem I raised second complaint at CM window on 03-06-2022 with complaint no. – CMOFF/N/2022/062629 but still no action on any of the complaints which shows the concerned department (Municipal council) is not willing to work and its officials (Municipal commissioner and his team) has some personal interest or gain in such type of illegal construction work that's why they don't want to take any action.
    Sir, please help me to solve the issue as soon as possible.
