CM Window, a grievance redressal, and monitoring system that has been implemented as a major program in all districts and departments of Haryana since December 25, 2014. These complaints are registered at the CM Window Counter Online and citizens receive an SMS on their mobile phone with the complaint registration number.

This registration number is used by the complainant to monitor online grievance redressal. CM window has been implemented through Manohar Lal Khattar administration in e-direction centers of all district and sub-divisional offices for receiving complaints from general citizens.

This system was launched on 25th December 2014 on the occasion of Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari’s birthday who was the former Indian Prime Minister. People can submit complaints at CM Window on their Subdivision level as well. The Complaint redress system is fully transparent and hassle-free.

Basically, this is a great initiative to make the state corruption-free and we have seen a great outcome from this system in recent years. As per media reports, approximately one million complaints have been received by the Haryana CM Window so far and all the eligible ones have been rectified as well.

How can I register a complaint online for the CM window in Haryana?

The CM Window Complaint in Haryana can’t be registered online. You can use the official website to track the status of your existing complaint but you can’t register the new complaint only.

You can register your problem at one of the following locations:

  1. At CM WINDOW counter in Deputy Commissioner’s Office (DC Office), Sub Divisional Office (SDM Office)
  2. Chief Minister’s Residence, Office of the Chief Minister or Ministers, Haryana Secretariat, Sector-1, Chandigarh.

How Can I track CM Window Complaint Online?

There are multiple online ways to track your CM Window Haryana complaint. You can either use the official CM Grievances IT Cell, Haryana website or use the dedicated CM Window Application on your mobile phone. The CM Window Mobile App is available for both Android Phones and Apple iPhones.

How to track CM Window Complaint online using Website?

  1. Visit the official website cmharyanacell.nic.in
  2. Click the “Track Grievance” link from the top section of the site.
  3. Then, add your registration number of the complaint in the given field.
  4. Now, provide your mobile number.
  5. Finally, enter the security code of five digits and click the “Submit” button to check the status of the Haryana CM Window complaint.

Haryana CM launched ‘Jan Sahayak-Aapka Sahayak’ app

You can file RTI or a CM Window Complaint using the recently launched Jan Sahayak Application from your mobile phone.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday launched a mobile platform to ensure “anywhere-anytime-anywhere” Citizen (G2C) and Business to Citizen (B2C) services to the government through a single access point. Jan Sahayak App is a mobile application and it will help people to get rid of the hassle of government offices.

The Chief Minister said that with social distancing becoming the new normal, each wing of the government has made it mandatory to provide various citizen-centric services digitally.

The Chief Minister said that the ‘Jan Sahayak-Aapka Sahayak‘ program would be a single digital platform that would contain essential information about various government services, emergency helplines and other information.

Through this app all emergency services like Citizen Emergency Call 112, Police 100, Ambulance 108, Fire 101, Health 104, Women’s Helpline 1091, Children’s Helpline No. 1098, COVID-19 Helpline No. 1075 ( direct dialling).

Apart from this, other Governments to Citizen Services (G2C) like Saral Services, Department wise Services, User wise Services, Public Grievances and RTI have also been made available on this mobile platform.

Citizens after downloading this Jan Sahayak mobile app will have their mobile number and family identity card ID on it. You can register yourself by entering.

Jan Sahayak – Aapka Sahayak’ has been designed in such a way that citizens can easily access all the services provided in Saral Portal or can raise issues in Public Grievance Section. Searching on Jan Sahayak Mobile App is very easy.Through this, the lists can be searched by any word like name, category and department etc. without moving up and down.

Dear Sir, I have lodged a complaint on the portal of CM Window on 03/12/2020 REgistration No. CMOFF/N/2020/090108 but I have not received any information on my registered mobile whereas I found that my complaint was disposed off by the office without contacted me and by taking the signature of some outsider on the ATR at the place of Eminent Citizen and it is not the first time earlier also the officer has given the same treatment to my complaint No. CMOFF/N/2019/132222 dated 26/11/2019 in this way he has simply wasted one year and nine months.

    My name is aakash Bhardwaj I’m from Faridabad Haryana i have some problems front of my house there is one house of gujjars his name is pammi baisla they have desi dairy and they stand theirs buffalo on front of my house and main gate and also they sit on khaat on front of my main gate and stand their bikes and tractors and cars front of our home or main gate its fully blocked sometimes they drunk at night on front of our house in street they use bad words loudly to each others and also they theft electricity use all home appliances without any electricity board meter they use electricity direct since last 6-7 years without any payment of electricity and our street is so dirty by dung of buffalo and cows by these people’s and also blocked all drain (naali) by dung of buffalo and cows

    Mai 2008 mai BPTP mai Flat book kiya ta . Maine karib 90% payment deh junga hu , per aaj tak muje flat nahi mila hai. Maiek middle class ka insan ju ek chota sa aasiyana sapne dehek kar ghar liya or mera saab kamayi us flat per lag gaya hai , mere liye aab bahut katin samay aa gaya hai ki kaise mai aapna parrivar chalo.
    Mai BPTP se followup or mail karke taak gaya hu or umid pura gho paita hu .
    Mera aap se nivedan hai ki aap is per strict action ley jisse hum jaise log ka kalyan ho or baadi musibat se bahar aaye

    सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैने 13/07/21 को एक पत्र लिखा था और CM WINDOW पर शिकायत करी थी मेरे college वाले मुझ पर बार – बार दवाब बना रहे है कि फीस भरो नहीं आपको पेपर नहीं बेठने देगें महोदय जी जबकि मेरा दाखिला शून्य फीस पर हुआ था में बिमार होने कि वजह से schoolarship के फॉर्म नहीं भर पाया था
    बिमार होने के बाद और अब तक के मेडिकल दस्तावेज मेंने N. B. G. S. M. college SOHNA के vice principal और class incharger मेडम जी and gurugram university को दिखाएं थे लेकिन मेरी problem किसी ने नहीं सुनी
    महोदय जी में अनुसूचित जाति से संबंध रखता हूं कुछ दिनों पहले ही हमने 15/03/2021 अपनी 2 बहनों की शादी करी थी जी
    महोदय जी अब मेंरे परिवार कि आर्थिक स्थिति सही नहीं है में भी अभी पुरी तरह सही नहीं हूँ जी मेरे दाये हाथ दिक्कत है अभी भी जी डाक्टर के हाथ में गलत इंनजेशन लागा दिया था जिसकी वजह से में शहिद हंशन खां मेडिकल हॉस्पिटल नलहढ (नूंह ) मेवात मे दाखिल करने पडा था महोदय जी कृपया करके मैं शिकायत को सुनकर मुझे इंसाफ दिलाये

      • Yes, Kusum Yojana Portal ab band hai lekin Tata company ke sath CSC aur sarkar ne ek nya “E Sewa Portal” khola hai jahan par aapko Tata ke sbhi solar products milenge. E Sewa Portal par aapko Khet aur Ghar dono ke liye Solar products milenge subsidy par.
