Chandigarh Police Department previously invited applications for recruitment of Constable Posts. Now the authority will conduct an examination in July 2023 to fill the vacant Constable (Executives) posts in the department.
This exam will be conducted to fill a total number of 700 posts on July 23, 2023. The Chandigarh Police has completed the application process from 1 June to 26 June 2023.

Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of 3 phases, mentioned below.
- Written Exam (CBT)
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Exam Pattern
- The exam will carry Multiple Choice Questions.
- There will be a total no. of 100 questions.
- Each question will carry 1 mark.
- A negative marking of 0.25 marks will also be there.
- The time duration will be of 150 minutes.
- Qualifying marks would be 30%.
