CBSE Board Exams 2021 Postponed for Class 12th – CBSE cancelled Class 10th Exams for this year. Students will be promoted without any papers.
The coronavirus outbreak is spreading rapidly, in view of which Prime Minister Narendra Modi convened a high-level meeting on CBSE examinations. A big decision has been taken at this meeting. The 12th examination of the CBSE Board has been postponed and it has been decided to cancel the 10th examination.
In view of the ever-increasing number of cases, there was a demand to cancel the examinations. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had also demanded suspension of the examinations. The CBSE board had also decided to discuss the matter with other Union Territories.
Moreover, several celebrities including Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, Congress leaders Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi had demanded suspension or cancellation of the board examination.
CBSE 12th examinations postponed
How CBSE 10th Result will be prepared without the exams?
Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal also tweeted about the same. Now the question in the minds of the students is, on what basis will they get the numbers? On what basis will student pass and go to the next class?
It has been decided to cancel CBSE 10th examinations after two lakh cases were reported in a day in the country. These examinations were also scheduled to be held between May 4 and June 14. Now the question arises as to how the CBSE 10th result will be prepared again.
The Education Ministry has informed that criteria will be set for making results of 10th standard students. Based on this, the results of all the students will be prepared and promoted. CBSE says prescribed criteria will be created for this and the result will be prepared on the basis of the same.
What’s the way if the student is not satisfied with CBSE 10th Results?
If a student is not satisfied with his numbers and feels that his numbers should have been higher. So the Ministry of Education, India has found a different way for him.
Such unsatisfied students will be given a chance to appear for the exam. However, these exam conditions will be possible only when the Covid situation returns to normal.
CBSE 10th Exam cancelled at PM Modi’s initiative
In a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, there was a consensus that the Class 10th and Class 12th examinations should be postponed for the time being. But PM Modi later told Nishank and other officials that children should be promoted on an assessment basis by cancelling the 10th examination. The 12th examination should be postponed.
Ever since the suspension of board examinations in many states, there has been a demand not to conduct CBSE examinations. This decision has since been taken.
Class 10th child suffering from mental pressure
The PM said the 10th class children have already been facing mental pressure. So they should be promoted on the basis of internal assessment. The Prime Minister also said that children and parents have been suffering for the past year. The PM also said that whenever the 12th examination is to be conducted further, it should be ensured that students get full preparation time.
