Bihar VIdhn Parishad Secretariat (BLCS) will conduct a written exam for the recruitment of various posts such as Reporter, Assistant, Assistant Caretaker, Date Entry Operator, LDC and various other posts.
The authorities have released a recruitment schedule for written exams, skill tests and other formalities. As per the reports, the exam is expected to be held in the month of September 2023. For that purpose, the authorities will release the BLCS Admit Cards through online mode.
The exam will be held to fill 172 vacancies. The exam will be conducted from 24 September to 01 October 2023 at various examination centres. All those candidates who applied successfully shall be entitled to avail of the admit cards. The link to download the Bihar Vidhan Parishad Admit Card will be activated at least a week before the scheduled exam date.

The department released a total of 4 advts. officially for each different level as per the job role. The officials accepted the application form from 25 July to 21 August 2023. Paper Pattern & Exam Scheme
The exam pattern will slightly differ for different posts. We have mentioned the exam pattern for all such posts. A candidate may refer to the exam pattern for both prelims and mains exam.
For Prelims Exam
- The exam will be in Multiple Choice Questions format.
- There will be a total number of 100 questions.
- Each question will be of 4 marks.
- A negative marking of one mark will also be there.
- A time duration of 2 hours will also be there.
