Bihar District Court, Patna has started to recruit candidates for the vacant posts at various designations. The recruitment is started for Group C and D posts in District Civil Courts in the state. A total of 7692 vacancies have been notified so far.
The selection of candidates for these vacancies will be made on the basis of their performance in written tests, interviews, and skill tests.

The written examination for these posts is expected to be conducted in November-December this year. The candidates applying for clerk need to go through two phases of the examination which are the MCQ Preliminary Test and Descriptive Written Test.
For all other posts, the department will conduct the MCQ written test and interview/ Skill Test.
Admit Card for these exams will be released at least 10 days before the examination date by the Court Authority of the exams. We will provide direct links for our users to download the Bihar Civil Court Admit Card 2022.
Paper Pattern & Selection Process
For Clerk and Court Reader
- Preliminary Test – A MCQ Based preliminary Test will be conducted.
- Written Test 90 Marks- The Written Test shall comprise Descriptive and Objective Type Questions.
- Interview 10 Marks- In the last stage, a personal interview will be conducted.
Stenographer
- Preliminary Test – A MCQ Based preliminary Test will be conducted.
- Written Test 90 Marks- The Written Test shall comprise Descriptive and Objective Type Questions.
- Interview 10 Marks- In the last stage, a personal interview will be conducted.
- Skill Test- Candidates will go through the Skill test of Shorthand.
Peon/ Orderly
- Written Test- 85 Marks
- Interview – 15 Marks

Once the exam date is announced for each post, the candidates will be allowed to download and take print of the Bihar Civil Court Admit Card for the concerned posts. A guide with clickable links is added below for our users.

- Then on the homepage, Look for the Post-wise admit card link.
- Click the same link and enter your User ID and Password.
- Click Login Button and download the admit card.
