Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai has conducted the written test for the posts of Upper Division Clerk on 21st February 2021. The written exam commenced at 6 exam centers prepared as per the Zones. The BARC took insanely high time to conduct this recruitment test. The job notification was released in January 2019 and after 2 years, BARC conducted the UDC examination. However, the Covid-19 situation during 2020 has been a big cause of the delay in the recruitment process.

On the basis of this recruitment drive, BARC will select 60 candidates to fulfil their UDC & Steno positions in Mumbai, Tarapur, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata offices. Candidates who pass the BARC UDC Examination will be invited to take part in the skill/descriptive test. Further, the scrutiny of the documents shall be done by the recruitment agency to finalize the selection.
