The Board of Secondary Education in Assam is going to conduct the Teachers Eligibility Test 2023 under SSA for 6 Special Districts on 30 April. The applicants have been notified regarding the exam date and they need to download the SSA Assam TET Admit Card 2023 to appear in this examination.
It is necessary for candidates to download and take a printout of the admit card as the Board will not send a hard copy by post. As the admit card needs to be produced while appearing for the exam, candidates are advised to have a proper printout of the admit card on a4 size paper.

The SEBA had released a notification in September to conduct the Assam TET under Axom Sarba Shiksha Abhiyan Mission also known as Assam SSA. The general TET exam will be conducted for the Upper Primary and Lower Primary levels on the same day in two different shifts.
- Lower Primary: This exam is for candidates who have opted for teachers of Classes 1 to 5.
- Upper Primary: Upper Primary Level is for the candidates of classes 6 to 8.
For the qualification, a candidate needs to score at least 60% marks in the TET exam. However, for candidates belonging to SC/ST and other relevant categories, there will be a relaxation of 5% marks i.e. they need to score 55% Marks.
Important Instructions regarding Assam TET Admit Card
As we are aware, the board won’t send the admit card to the postal address of the applicants. Thus we need to take a printout of the admit card by logging in to the link provided by the board to download the admit card. This can be done using the application number and password you generated while submitting the online application.
Candidates are also advised to carry a Photo ID card like pan card, voter id card, Aadhar card, driving license while appearing for the examination. An ID will be checked to verify the authenticity of the examinees.

There is no official notification about the Assam TET Postponement. The board has asked the aspirants not to believe the rumours.
