The result of the Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (AP DEECET) 2022 will be declared on July 4, and we’ll add a link to it here as soon as it’s ready. The aspirants can download the AP DEECET Rank Card 2022 online as No one is given a hard copy of their rank card.

Every year, the Andhra Pradesh Commissioner of School Education administers the AP DEECET, a state-level admission test. To qualify for admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) at several Government District Institutes of Education (D.I.E.Ts) and other private elementary teacher training institutions in Andhra Pradesh, one must score at least 50% on the test.

For 2022-23, the commission invited online applications from desired eligible candidates from 02 June to 20 June 2022. Lakhs of candidates applied for this test on 28 and 29 June 2022. The exam was concluded across all 23 districts of the state.

AP DEECET Qualifying Marks – Cut-Off Marks

Candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying score as determined by the conducting authorities in order to receive a rank in the entrance test. Candidates who receive at least a minimum of the cut-off score will get the proper exam rank and will be eligible to participate in counselling.

Seat Reservation

Local candidates will be eligible for the reserved 85% of seats. Unreserved tickets will make up the final 15% of available seats. Apart from that, seats will be distributed according to the Andhra Pradesh government’s quota policy for groups like SC/ST/BC/PCP/NCC/SCOUTS&GUIDES/DEFENCE PERSONNEL, etc.

AP DEECET / DIET CET Rank Card Details

To the qualifying applicants, the administration will award a DIET CET Rank Card. It provides information on the outcome and each candidate’s exam performance in the form of the marks, scores, and positions they attained. Along with this, it also contains a variety of additional information regarding the test and the test takers.

The following information will be printed on the rank card:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Exam Roll Number / Hall Ticket no.
  • Date of Birth
  • Examination date
  • Father’s name
  • Gender
  • Category of the exam attendee
  • Address
  • Marks in each section
  • Total marks obtained by the candidates
  • Total marks percentage
  • Rank secured by the candidate
  • Qualifying status

AP DEECET Merit List Download in PDF

The selection of applicants for the next phase of selection is mostly based on a merit list. Based on the rankings and test results of each applicant, the AP DIETCET rank/merit list will be created. After the announcement of the results, CSE AP will post the merit list on the official website.

Each subject’s AP DEECET merit list will be released separately (Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Physical Sciences). Additionally, it has been released separately for eligible and unqualified applicants. According to their preference, candidates can access the AP DEECET rank/merit lists in four different languages: Urdu, English, Telugu, and Tamil.

Steps to check AP DEECET Result 2022

  1. Open the official website of DEECET, DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL EDUCATION.
  2. Click on Candidate Login and fill in the registration details.
  3. On the homepage, click on Response Sheet/Rank Card.
  4. Then, download your rank card.
  5. Finally, check your result and rank card.
  6. Print it for further reference.
