The Tamilnadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (TCMPFL) notified the recruitment against the Senior Factory Assistant (SFA) vacancies in the year 2020. Due to the large response, the last date was extended for the recruitment. Now, the organization will host the written test for AAVIN Milk SFA recruitment soon.

The hall ticket for AAVIN SFA Exam 2021 will be released about 12 days before the exam date. All the eligible candidates whose application has been reviewed and marked as eligible will be able to grab the AAVIN SFA Hall Ticket using the official website of the company. The recruitment was notified in November 2020.
The recruitment drive has been initiated by TCMPFL for 460 vacancies for Senior Factory Assistant. The registration in the online mode was processed from November 16 to December 5, 2020. The recruitment received a huge response from the youth so brace yourself for great competition among the examination.

The Senior Factory Assistant’s work is divided into various categories such as Dairying, Lab, Animal Husbandry, Administration, Engineering, Marketing, etc. The work is divided into shift wise i.e a shift of 8 Hours a day whose timing may be changed as required by the administration.
There might be a change in the number of vacancies depending on the requirement of the company at the time of the appointment. Only eligible applicants shall get an invitation from the company. Ineligible applicants won’t be notified of the written exam through any means. Also, the AAVIN SFA Hall ticket won’t be dispatched via post.
AAVIN SFA Exam Pattern – Paper Scheme
The selection for Tamil Nadu SFA posts will be made based on the marks scored by the eligible applicant in the Written Exam for 85 marks and an Oral Interview to be conducted for 15 marks. The Skill Test will be held on the day of the personal interview for which 5 Marks will be allotted out of the allotted 15 Marks for Oral Interviews.
The skill test should be conducted only for the posts where the knowledge in Computer, MS Office Applications, Computer Typing has been mentioned in the notification. Candidates with an overall score of less than 40% marks won’t be eligible for the selection as this is the minimum required cut-off marks.
After the written examination, candidates will be called for the interview in the ratio of 1:5 i.e 5 candidates against one post. So basically, there will be around 2300 candidates who will take part in the interviews.
